By creating an account on the Xlin Rental ERP platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Xlin ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
Xlin Rental ERP is a cloud-based car rental management system that provides tools for fleet management, contract creation, accounting, customer relationship management, and financial reporting. The Platform operates as a multi-tenant SaaS solution — each registered company has its own isolated workspace.
All data you enter into the Platform — including customer records, contracts, financial transactions, and vehicle information — remains your property. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than operating the Platform. Data is isolated per company and cannot be accessed by other tenants.
We store your data on secure servers and apply industry-standard encryption. However, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data you enter.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Access to the Platform may be subject to subscription fees. Pricing details are provided separately. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted access to your account. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice.
The Platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is the exclusive property of Xlin. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for recovery purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email or through a notice within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
